Account Terms

To use PixProo’s services, you must be at least 13 years old. If you're registering on behalf of someone else, make sure you have their explicit consent. You are responsible for all activities on your account.

By creating an account, you confirm that you (i) are over 13 years old and (ii) have the authorization to agree to these Terms. Keep your account information accurate and up-to-date. If you're using PixProo on behalf of others, you are authorized to do so and accept responsibility for any actions taken under your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login information and should notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. Do not transfer your account or use it in any way that could harm PixProo, violate laws, or infringe upon the rights of others.

Content - Acceptable Use & Licensing

We value creativity and diverse content but expect compliance with our Community Guidelines. Please ensure your content aligns with our guidelines. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Your content includes, but is not limited to, text, images, videos, and any other materials posted to your PixProo profile or projects. You must own or have the necessary rights to any content you share. You should not post content that is deceptive, harmful, or violates any laws.

By posting content, you grant us a global, royalty-free, and indefinite right to use, display, and share your content. You confirm that you have the rights to share the content, and you understand that your content is public and could be shared by others.

HubStore Plans & Fees

PixProo offers both free and paid plans, which can be canceled at any time. Your plan begins upon acceptance and continues until canceled. To cancel your plan, visit the billing page. Payments for subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but any changes to fees will be communicated in advance.

Account deletion is available after plan cancellation. Please note that once an account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated and content cannot be recovered.

Liability & Disclaimer

PixProo is not responsible for your use of the Platform or the content you post. You are solely responsible for backing up your content. Use of PixProo’s services is at your own discretion and risk. The Platform is provided "as is," without warranties, including but not limited to availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted functionality, error-free performance, or virus-free use of the Platform, nor the accuracy or reliability of the content available.

Other HubStore Policies

As PixProo evolves, updates to our policies may occur. Significant changes will be communicated, but we encourage users to periodically review these Terms. These Terms represent the complete agreement, and local laws may affect their interpretation. The agreement includes these Terms and all other PixProo-related policies. The Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
